Relationships and Attachment
I specialize in helping women heal from relationship wounds that have shaped how they connect—with partners, family, friends, at work and even themselves. Whether you’re struggling with trust, boundaries, communication, or self-worth, our work together focuses on understanding the patterns that keep repeating and finding new ways to feel safe, connected, and whole in your relationships. My approach is compassionate, insight-oriented, and tailored to help you rebuild confidence, nurture healthier relationships, and create a more grounded sense of self.
I help women explore how past relationship experiences—especially early ones—shape the ways they show up in love, family, and friendship today. Using an attachment-based and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, we work together to understand the parts of you that learned to protect, please, or pull away in relationships. These patterns once helped you feel safe, but now they may create distance or self-doubt. In therapy, we’ll gently uncover those stories and begin to heal them, so you can create more secure, nurturing connections—with others and with yourself.
