Life Transitions
From entering adulthood to becoming a mom, navigating college, starting or ending a relationship, moving to a new state or country, or stepping into a new role, big life transitions can shake your sense of self and stability. These changes often bring up old stories about who you’re “supposed” to be—shaped by culture, family expectations, and past experiences—and can leave you feeling lost, stuck, or unsure of where you belong. In therapy, I help women gently explore their identity in the midst of these transitions, looking at the narratives formed in childhood and adulthood and how they’re impacting your present. Together, we’ll sit with questions like “Who am I?” and “Where do I fit?” and slowly peel back the layers, so you can feel more grounded, authentic, and accepting of who you are becoming.
