Individual Therapy

I offer individual therapy for women in their mid-20s, 30s, and 40s who are dealing with anxiety and struggling to feel fulfilled in various types of relationships—including romantic, career, social, and family relationships. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them find clarity, calm, and confidence in their day-to-day lives. I provide therapy in both Spanish and English. I have vast experience working with clients from diverse background and feel passionate about practicing cultural humility. As a Latina, I also love providing support to the community.
