In therapy, I like to use a variety of modalities (researched strategies to helping clients reach their goals) that have been proven to help thousands achieve improved well-being. Some of the modalities I like to use in sessions include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic therapy, attachment therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Breath work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and more. I have specialized training in Trauma therapy and Multicultural therapy. I can provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
